HOW CHARLOTTE CONTRIBUTES

Support, Instruction & Encouragement

Assists Golf Professionals

Charlotte supports the golf professionals as camps move between instruction, practice and games. She helps organize activities, reinforce directions and keep young golfers engaged.

Leads Drills & Activity Stations

She independently leads drills, games and activity stations, adjusting explanations and encouragement to the age and experience of each group.

Builds Confidence & Belonging

Charlotte has a particular interest in helping younger girls and beginner golfers feel comfortable at the course, celebrate progress and discover how much fun the game can be.

WHY IT MATTERS

Leadership Built Through Service

Volunteer coaching asks Charlotte to communicate clearly, remain patient, adapt to different learners and put the success of the group first—qualities that also matter in a college team environment.

Two-time Timberwolf Leadership Award

Charlotte was a co-recipient of the Timberwolf Leadership Award in both 2024–2025 and 2025–2026, recognizing leadership demonstrated within her school community.

A Stronger Teammate & Competitor

Teaching fundamentals reinforces Charlotte’s own understanding of the game, while working with young golfers strengthens the resilience, empathy and calm communication she brings to practice and competition.
